2 U shape coating booth

(1)1 suction air duct is installed on the bottom.
(2)There is an automatic flap setting on every U shape air duct.  The automatic flap will close when the booth is working, and forming 4 reasonable arranged suction air ducts. When cleaning the booth, automatic flaps will open for ease of checking and cleaning the inside ducts.
(3)The center of booth has air knife. The falling powder will be blow down to two sides and be sucked by recovery system. There will be less powder accretion on the Pedestal and improve the utilization of abandoned powder under long Time working condition.

(1)The structure of pedestal is mirror flats made of stainless steel , an "I" shape suction duct setting in the center;
(2)There is a cylindrical exhaust pipe setting inside the pedestal, and set up an automatic cleaning mechanism in the bottom to avoid accumulation of powder at the end of the duct;

The structure of platform is made of stainless steel plates, that make the platform anti-tread, wear resistance and easy to clean.


The platform use open architecture, so workers can adjust the distance with workpieces as needed.
  Symmetric design, spraying direction can be adjusted as needed. Solved the problem that operator can't reach the workpieces in the old automatic coating booth. Reduce the labor intensity.

Lighting system
Both of the automatic spraying station and manual spraying station install external LED cold lights which has high brightness and good color rendering, apply to high quality spraying checking. The LED lights can reach the rated brightness within 0.5s after powering, it's very useful. (The fluorescent lamp needs preheat for a minute or even more than ten minutes reaching the rated brightness in a low-temperature environment)
