(Matched Stainless Steel- Big Cyclone-Two stage Recovery System)

Main characteristic:
1. Smooth PVC material is used to make the roof and side panels of booth. not easy to stain powder, flame retardant, long service life, weatherproof , easy to clean up.
2.The stainless steel floor can be accessed by worker and cleaned easily.;
3. There are three different types of floor: 1U type, I type and 2U type. All of them are equipped with powder automatic blowing knife, which can automatically sweep the ground powder into the air exhaust duct and be pumped away by recycled airflow. It is not easy for the booth floor to accumulate powder for a long time;
4. The big cyclone two-stage recovery system with stainless steel material can automatically return the recycled powder to the powder supply box, and the superfine powder that can not be used can automatically separate and collect into the waste powder collection box. The big cyclone made of stainless steel material, not easy rusty, does not pollute the powder, and has a long service life.
5. The indoor exhaust of the recovery system does not need to be connected with the outdoor exhaust duct.
6. Isolated LED lighting is installed on the top of the booth, which has high brightness, long service life and is not easy to be polluted by powder.
Why use PVC ? not PP or stainless steel?

The comparison results show that PVC is obviously not easy to stain powder, and very easy to clean, so PVC is more suitable for manufacturing fast changing color booth;

The comparison result show:In the air, the ignited PVC will extinguish automatically after leaving the fire source, while the PP will burn violently and ignite other articles, so from the safety point of view, PVC is more suitable for booth;
3. PVC has higher hardness and better wear resistance than PP:

The comparison result show:PVC hardness is higher than PP, wear resistance, surface finish is easier to maintain for a long time, so it is more suitable for booth.
4. PVC has better weatherproof than PP. It is not easy to ageing under natural light and has long service life.
Why use stainless steel to make big cyclone? Not ordinary steel plates?
1. When the big cyclone is working, the mixture of powder and air will enter the big cyclone at a speed of more than 18.5 m/s, and the powder particles will rotate down at a high speed close to the inner wall of the big cyclone, so the coating on the inner wall of the big cyclone will wear off quickly and expose the metal.
2. If it is a common steel plate, the exposed steel plate surface is easy to rust, slightly damp rust, there will be "white powder in, red powder out" of the consequences (the rust on the steel plate surface caused by Fe2O3);
3. When occasionally droplets of water or sticky powder caused by moisture adhere to the inner wall of the big cyclone, it will aggravate the corrosion of the sticky powder parts (powder moisture absorption), and eventually lead to a number of rust spots on the inner wall of the cyclone, which are easier to stain powder, falling powder and rust, will pollute the recovered powder and affect the quality of coating. The cyclone is irreparable and needs to be replaced.

4. If stainless steel is used to manufacture the cylinder of the cyclone, the above-mentioned corrosion and vicious cycle will not occur, thus obtaining a long service life. However, if stainless steel is used to make the big cyclone, the material cost and welding labor cost will be higher.
Why use LED lamps? Not fluorescent lamps?
1. When the fluorescent lamp starts, it takes several minutes to preheat to reach the rated brightness, and the coating line often has to work as soon as it starts, so it can not wait several minutes, while the LED lamps can reach the rated brightness in one second without waiting.
2. Fluorescent lamp has high calorific value, high temperature of lampshade, powder is easy to melt and adhere to lampshade; LED lamp has low calorific value and low temperature of lampshade, so it is not easy to adhere powder coating.
